Overall Responsibilities
Conducted user research through interviews and usability testing and did the analysis to better understand user needs and pain points.
This was followed by an iterative process to approach to the final concepts of the platform and it's apps that aligns with business expectations.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams including product managers , developers & testers to ensure design solutions were feasible and met user needs.
Created wireframes and interactive prototype demos to visualize and communicate design ideas to stakeholders.
Conducted accessibility audits and increased accessibility compliance, ensuring that the platform is ADA compliant, meets industry needs and enhances the user experience.
Beyond Projects
Organized APAC-level UX design competition in CGI, UXPLORE
Engaged in various CSR activities and completed a Pro-bono UX transformation project for a local NGO in collaboration with NASSCOM
Published a UX case study on EngageHub for CGI APAC region and published Articles for UX newsletters at CGI APAC

Virasat 2019 (Installation & Display Design Head)
Installation & Display Design for the 23rd edition of the afro-Asia biggest folklife and heritage festival organized by REACH (Rural Entrepreneurship for Art & Cultural Heritage) in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. This week-long festival includes performances and workshops in Indian folk and classical arts, literature, crafts, theatre, cinema, and yoga.
